Customer
Service Team Leader

Requirements:
This position is responsible for assisting in
supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department.
The team leader will lead 9-12 customer
service agents (CSAs) in responsibilities such as:

Strengthening and further
developing CSA skills
-
Managing staff performance
-
Motivating and encouraging CSAs through positive communication and feedback
-
Assisting CSAs with difficult calls and associate research
-
Analyzing current work flows and make recommendations for improvements
-
Monitoring and analyzing call center performance
-
Performing administrative tasks including daily statistics, attendance, quality review, etc.
Qualifications:
-
Previous Customer Service/Call Center
experience
-
Leadership abilities with proven success in the areas of leading, initiative, coaching, and developing
-
A high level of organizational, analytical,
and reasoning skills
-
Knowledge of general PC applications, including
Microsoft Word/Excel, and claims processing
experience
-
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proven record of reliability, integrity, and confidentiality
