Requirements:
This position is responsible for all of the day-to-day ongoing compliance requirements of the
corporation as well as new government compliance initiatives. This position will keep
senior management apprized of all related regulatory matters that affect the corporation. This individual must stay current with industry events and act as a liaison to Delta Dental Plans Association.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with demonstrated regulatory work experience in the insurance, finance, or legal field. Excellent communication skills including policy and legal writing, meeting facilitation, and presentation
skills are a must. The chosen candidate will have knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, access, release of information and release control technologies.
This candidate should possess excellent project skills as well as
PC-related skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database experience, along with the development of necessary data base queries and reports.
